The Producers

Maglio - Assorted Chocolates

Maglio 140 years of history. An artisan workshop where skilled and industrious hands make pralines with fruit, gelées, fragrant biscuits, delicious jams; the department dedicated to chocolates, tablets, dragées and packaging is on the cutting edge. Throughout the production, the infinite care given to raw materials is manifested not only in the choice of excellent beans, but also in the commitment to work cocoa produced only by sustainable crops. An attention that is the expression of a global ethical approach, which includes sensitivity to the environment, respect for workers, support for the development of weak geographic areas. The box contains a variety of mini-tablets: Milk cocoa 32%, Extra Bitter cocoa 81%, Bitter cocoa 60%, Extra Bitter cocoa 72%. Every blend is a discovery!

Ingredients: Cocoa paste, sugar, whole milk powder, low fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla. Minimum cocoa: 32% in milk chocolate, 60% in dark chocolate, 72% and 81% in extra-light fudge.

Alda - Royal Cupeta

La Cupeta is a crunchy almond typical of Salento of Arab origin. This dessert, first arrived in Sicily with the name "cubaita" (from the Arabic "qubbaita"), is today also a typical Salento sweet. Alda selects excellent raw materials to prepare this delicious vanilla-scented variant.

Ingredients: Apulian almonds, vanilla.

Alda - Mirtoli

Wild myrtle berries from Salento, harvested by hand and put in the spirit. They are then drained and covered with extra dark chocolate (72% min. Cocoa) and icing sugar.

Ingredients: myrtle, dark chocolate, icing sugar.

Alda - "Divini Amori" Amaretti with Apulia Almonds and Rose Water

The delicacy and nobility of the traditional pastry of Salento is found in the essence of the Divini Amori of ALDA. Soft creations of Puglia almonds and honey with rose water.

Ingredients: almonds, honey and rose water.

Mallet - Chocolate with Almonds and Hazelnuts

Delicious dark chocolate bar (60% cocoa) with Apulian almonds and roasted "Giffoni" hazelnuts. Maglio chocolate is made only with cocoa from sustainable cocoa crops.

Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, 23% almonds and hazelnuts in varying proportions, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla. Minimum cocoa 60%.

Attanasio - Primitivo di Manduria Sweet Wine

This sweet wine, of the highest quality, is obtained from Primitivo grapes and a prolonged withering. Deep and fruity, with a complex bouquet ranging from dried figs to black cherry, it has a beautiful ruby color and gives a range of unforgettable gustatory-olfactory emotions. A unique wine, ideal for tasting with box desserts.
