Oliveri - Croccantine Piemontesi

In the Monferrato the bread is declined in many, tasty shapes. Le Croccantine from the Oliveri company, are delicious squares of bread reminiscent of the Genoese focaccia: delicate and crumbly, they are irresistible and are suitable as an accompaniment or as a base for original canapés.

Altalanga - Toasted and Salted Hazelnuts

From the combination of the natural sweetness of the best hazelnut with the sapidity of the integral sea salt springs a special taste perfect for aperitifs. They are Piedmont I.G.P. hazelnuts, of the Tonda Gentile variety, considered the best hazelnut in the world.

Oliveri - Bagna Cauda

La Bagna Cauda, a ritual dish born in the Middle Ages to celebrate the tapping of new wine, is one of the most surprising recipes of Piedmontese cuisine. Prepared simply with garlic, anchovies and extra virgin olive oil, it is a sauce in which to dip vegetables as a kind of pinzimonio for a friendly convivial dish.

Oliveri - Green Olives with Goat and Truffle Cheese

Sweet and meaty green olives, stoneless, are stuffed with tasty goat cheese and truffles. Born from a traditional combination of Piedmontese cuisine, they meet the contemporary taste of finger food at the aperitif.

Strong Ale fermented with the classic method followed by a second fermentation plus remuage and dégorgement followed by a third fermentation with slow maturation.
