One characteristic of the Pinino Brunello di Montalcino is the long obligatory ageing during four years before it can be sold. Production, refinement and bottling must take place in the municipality of Montalcino. According to the best of traditions our Brunello matures in large oak barrels.

Troia and Montepulciano grapes, typical of our area, combined with Aglianico grapes, grown on a fertile hilly land facing south, in a favorable microclimate, gives rise to a wine of intense ruby color, impenetrable and complex on the nose, with flavour of large fruit jam and cherries, supported by hints of vanilla and cocoa wood aging.
