How Does The Wireless Charging Station Work?

Our wireless charging station comes with a USB cable. Just connect the dock with the Micro-USB cable and place the other USB side of the cable into a standard USB connector or into your Notebook, Macbook, iMac etc. Put the smartphone on the charging station and the battery refill can immediately start.

Which Smartphones are Compatible with The Qi-Dock?

The EcoPad can be used with all smartphones that have an integrated Qi-function. No matter if it is an iPhone or Android phone, the wireless dock works with all Qi enabled devices.

How Fast Does The Qi-Dock Charge?

The EcoPad comes with the new fast charger and guarantees the strongest charging power available (10W). Our wooden dock is able to charge 25 minutes faster than former models (5W, 7,5W). It takes roughly 180 Min to fully charge an iPhone X!

Does The EcoPad Look The Same as On The Picture?

No. Our wooden products are one of kind! Your dock is a unique product and there will be no other identical one in the world. As we work with natural material, each accessory has its own grain and color pattern which gives your cover its individual look and feel.

How Long is The USB Nylon Cable?

Giving you more flexibility we added an extra long, 5ft. USB to micro USB cable made from tear-resistant nylon fibres. With this perfect lenght you can enjoy wireless charging on your desk as well as in your living and bed rooms.

Do I Have to Remove My Case for Charging?

No. The EcoPad offers a charging power that is able to upload smartphones inside a case of up to 4mm. As long as the back of the case does not exceed this thickness you do not have to remove it to enjoy full charging power. Please not that cases with metal elements will not work with wireless charging.

Is The EcoPad Made From Real Wood and Stone?

All products from our Wood Collection have a natural origin! We only use real wood and stone, which we purchase purchase from Germany, Asia and the US. All wood pieces are FSC®-certified and originate from sustainable forestries.

Does The Production of The Qi-Dock Harm The Environment?

Don?t worry, we care for the environment and pay attention to sustainability when we source our wood. All wood types originate from sustainable forestry and are 100% FSC®-certified. Additionally we are part of the organization Trees for the Future (TFTF) and plant a tree for every product purchased. Our packaging is 100% recycable. Furthermore the EcoPad is CE, ROHS and FCC certified and follows strict technical standards.
