Panettone and Colomba, symbols of Christmas and Easter, are embellished with new fragrances and aromas combining quality and creativity, tradition and craftsmanship, to a complete Sicilian taste of candied orange peel.

And are exactly the cubes of Sicilian candied orange, with their inebriating scent, intense and at the same time delicate taste, that combined with chocolate drops, make the Panettone and the Colomba Orange Moon unique products, able to give an extraordinary and overwhelming sweetness taste.

The secret of their goodness is in the fragrance of a soft and perfumed dough, that is the result of a meticolous selection of excellent ingredients and a careful and slow processing.

Their production requires three days during which there are many processes and leavings.

Several phases require manual intervention such as the “pirlatura” and, for the Panettone, also the “scarpatura”.

After cooking they are placed upside down for twelve hours and afterwards packaged.
