BioOrto - Naturally Organic
BioOrto is one of the leading companies in Europe in the production and retailing of organic fruit and vegetables .It is located in the heart of the Gargano National Park in Puglia and manages over 400 hectares of their lands.
This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.
The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Bio Orto's Basil Aromatic is a high quality product thanks to the excellence of the ingredients and the production method in which Peranzana olives and fresh basil are pressed together at a constant and controlled temperature of 27°C.
This process allows us to obtain an extraordinarily fragrant condiment capable of enhancing the flavor of hot and cold dishes. A unique process that differentiates this product from most aromatic condiments on the market and guarantees its high quality. Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil (94%), organic fresh basil (6%).
Pairings: ideal for seasoning steamed vegetables, tomato salads, grilled porcini mushrooms and legume soups. Furthermore, it is perfect if used raw on grilled or stewed meats and on cheeses, especially mature ones.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
