Ursini's Tandem extra virgin olive oil is a Medium Fruity obtained from the skilful blend of the Gentile di Chieti and Peranzana olive varieties, native of these areas of Abruzzo. The olive groves are located in close proximity to the localities of San Giovanni in Venere di Fossacesia and the Piano Favaro area of Rocca San Giovanni.
Our organic extra virgin olive oil comes from olives harvested by hand from about 1,600 century old olive trees surrounding Castello di Meleto. The olives are pressed the same day they are picked; this way we obtain the fruit and acidity of the oil just right, slightly spicy with excellent organoleptic and nutritional qualities.

Zahara is a monocultivar of Tonda Iblea, patrimony and variety queen of our territory. The olives are delicately picked by hand from secular trees of the Chiaramonte Gulfi valleys. The harvest takes place in the first half of September at a stage of maturation which allows the olive to best express all its perfumes and properties.
