Gabrielle Chanel, a strong and ambitious woman, overturned the women fashion, that was constrained within a rigid social pattern. Less abstract than the previous ones, the composition of N ° 5 L'EAU spreads its citrus notes almost like a sun-kissed honey. In the top notes, lemon, mandarin and orange hover towards the sky thanks to the use of aldehydes. In a second moment, the flowers unfold: the rose blends with the impalpable jasmine and a new note of ylang-ylang, more modern than ever. After this floral vortex, a new vibration is perceived, which comes from vetiver and cedar wood, accompanied by notes of white musks. CHANEL N ° 5 has never been so natural, so fresh.
