Germinated Whole Rice is the special ingredient of our 100% vegan cheese. The wholeness nature of the rice is maintained during the whole process. Accurate analysis confirms an equilibrated distribution of essential nutrients, micro-nutrients and oligo minerals preserved through the germination reaching the final product.

All ingredients of any products we develop are coming 100% vegan and we do are strongly committed on using ingredients coming from sustainable production rather than others. Coconut oil, for example is purchased labelled at low environmental impact, cold squeezed not exploiting children labor and not destroying forest area.

Whenever possible we use local raw materials, such as whole rice which is coming from Lomellina (Lombardy) rice farms or tomato, used in our fresh dish or frozen line: 100% Italian.

We are strongly committed on using OGM free ingredients only, coming from Bio agriculture and checked through a tight traceability system.

No compromises also means to seal partnerships with companies which allow us to develop healthy and wholesome products, according to the principles of our company. Ready to eat Meals, Fresh Products or Snacks, for example, have been developed in this way. We require to use whole flours, avoid of non natural preservatives and observe excellent standard process procedures.

The IFS Food standard is a recognized GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) standard for audits in the food industries. The goal is food safety and quality of processes and products. IFS Food applies when the products are "processed" or where there are risks of contamination of the product during the primary packaging. The Standard is an important reference for all food industries.
