The Travaglino estate is located in Calvignano, which is a little town based in the Oltrepo' Pavese. The area, in the south of Lombardy, that wedge from the fertile Po' Valley to the Mediterranean Sea, is well known for having a bunch shape which bounds with the regions of Liguria, Piedmont and Emilia Romagna. The estate has the privilege to raise 400 hectares in a single batch – Two hundred of them are forests destined as a wild hog hunting reserve, which, has been done with the purpose to maintain away the poachers. Hundred and twenty hectares are arable lands and the remaining eighty hectares are vineyards. Moreover, within the property, there are 12 farmsteads, a historic village and an inn with restaurant and few rooms.
Golden yellow color with bright green reflections that forewarns a very important olfactory complexity with fruity, herbaceous and mineral hints. The taste is structurally important, stand out warm, soft and cozy feelings, on a pleasantly fresh aftertaste. Exalts the appetizers and fish and shellfish courses. Serve at 8/10 ° C.

The Montécerésino Cruasé is obtained from natural soft squeezing of the best Pinot Noir grapes grown in the homonymous plot located in the "higher zone" of the company's property (380 mt). It is aged on yeasts for 24 months. Gently natural rosy color, fragrance full of hints of berries, blackcurrant, redcurrant, raspberry and iris on red jam background.
Bright garnet-red, delicate and complex aroma rich of fruity notes and harmoniously spicy nuances. The taste is full and sapid, pleasantly tannic, very persistent and balanced. Wine with good structure suitable with preparations of red meat, game and aged cheeses. Great with the supreme meat of guinea fowl with balsamic vinegar.
