Gold-tinged deep straw-yellow. Elegant notes of pear, Stark apple, quince, fresh almond, and sage, with acacia blossom. Opens to a lovely crispness and lengthy structure. On the finish, ripe fruit and blossoms re-appear, concluding with a delicious touch of bitterish almond.
