Intermittent Fasting
It is a dietary program that produces physiological and healthy weight loss. Reduces abdominal fat while maintaining lean mass, promotes cell and tissue regeneration, reduces inflammation, prevents metabolic and degenerative diseases and increases healthy life expectancy.
