A journey to rediscover harmony and well-being through nature and the beneficial powers of plants.
The Total Green purifying program was born from Equilibrium, our philosophy of well-being.
In the seven days Total Green includes a visit with a medical tutor and a dietary consultation, movement in nature with a walk in the Tuscan countryside, Nordic walking or the discovery of plants, their benefits and their collection with the ancient foraging practice.
Physical and spiritual well-being continues with Hata and Power yoga sessions, targeted spa treatments and relaxing massages.
The Total Green Purifying Diet
And a diet based on greenery, through chromotherapy and the healthy powers of herbs, fruits and vegetable products from Tuscan and Mediterranean nature.
Green in this program means purification, sustainability, bioavailability which is made of seasonality and local products.
In the seven days of the diet we move from the Equilibrium day to the purifying day, then to the energizing day and finally to the rebalancing and maintenance day.
Each meal of the diet is different and tasty, always based on plant products and with the correct amount of proteins. Cooking methods are designed to preserve all the beneficial elements of foods, making them more accessible to digestion. Healthy snacks, exercise, herbal teas and smoothies mark the day.
