Olio le Donne del Notaio - Through The Generations, a Proud Homage of Our Land

The Azienda Agricola de Ferri has been in existence in Abruzzo since 1600, and several olive trees date back to that time, including some very old pollinators. Its ancient groves, extending out over the hills, offer a splendid view of the Abruzzo mountains and are caressed by the sea breeze.

Of the many generations that have succeeded one another, we are now at the third consecutive generation of women: our love for nature and been preserved and has evolved, placing our company in a different space, as if suspended in time, and reshaping ideas of authenticity and a love for the earth and its natural rhythms.

Celidalba lemon oil is a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil and lemons squeezed together, subsequently filtered to preserve only the essential oil of the lemons with the extra virgin olive oil.

From the fine varieties of local olives, some of which are centuries-old, the Pierina de Ferri farm produces a particularly delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil Condiment suitable for enhancing the taste of each dish

Specificity

A condiment based on oil carefully selected in all its phases, from the care of the olive grove conducted according to the organic farming method, to the milling and bottling; intended for all consumers who particularly love this condiment.

Composition

Oil-based dressing consisting of the processing of olives of the variety of: Dritta and organic lemons.

Origin of Italian olives 100%

Olives harvested from pot and globe-grown olive trees, coming from the Province of Chieti, at an altitude of about 350 m a.s.l. The soil of these areas is generally made up of medium-textured calcareous soils

Collection - Transport and Production

The olive harvest is carried out in the period between October and January, on the plant by hand or with shakers and transported using bins or boxes. The average production obtained varies from 30 to 50 quintals / ha

Extraction System

The olives supplied are processed with a continuous system at a controlled temperature: about 27 ° C, with the aid of two millstones.

Transformation of whole lemons

The lemons previously washed and cut are added in the pressing of the olives in order to facilitate the extraction of trace elements such as essential oils that pass from the peel to the oil-based dressing in a natural way
