Carbon Fiber Shells

TecknoMonster proudly produces its own carbon fiber shells in its factory near Milan, guaranteeing top-notch quality. Advanced processes from aerospace, Formula 1 and superbike production are used to make the shells. The process begins with layering pre-preg carbon, which is then molded and compressed in a high-pressure, high temperature autoclave machine. The outcome is a highly durable, frameless monocoque shell for trolleys and luggage.

CNC Block Hardware & Silent Wheels

Most all parts are carved from aircraft aluminum blocks and the wheels are based on inline skate wheels, strong, smooth and super silent.

Carbon Fiber Telescopic Handle

Completely in-house designed and hand-made three stages telescopic handle manufactured with autoclave compressed carbon fiber and solid block CNC aircraft aluminum.

Hand Stitched Supercar Leather

Hand sewn Italian supercar leather handles, with or without contrast stitching, sourced from the same leather supplier as Lamborghini's seats. Durable, weather-resistant, perfect for our premium luggage handles. No compromises in crafting the world's best luggage.
