In 1561, the speziale Domenico di Vincenzo of Domenico Brunetti was the first manager of which there is news of the SS Pharmacy. Annunziata (ASF - Decima Granducale 3784 Civil Code 110v.- 111r and ASF - Art of the Medici and Speziali, 12, verse 123v.).

The Pharmacy SS. Annunziata has always had, since then, in addition to the normal prestige of every spice shop of the time, a particular tradition in the formulation of galenics and products for the hygiene and aesthetics of the skin.

It acts on the processes that regulate skin microcirculation, significantly reducing capillary instability and reactivity through two joint actions: the precious phytocomponents present in Witch Hazel - thanks to the vaso-protective properties of the vascular endothelium - confer mechanical resistance and flexibility to the vessels; Horse Chestnut restores correct capillary permeability, thanks to its sealing effect on the membrane and its reticular restructuring effect on the collagen fibre of the capillary connective tissue.

A source of molecules with proven decongestant and refreshing properties, present in Cucumber, Calendula and Witch Hazel, it carries out an effective soothing function, rapidly alleviating skin discomfort and the sensation of heat, thus preventing persistent and chronic redness.
