On the nose it is pastry and white flowers, a hint of orange blossom and sweet spices, hint of citrus and overall a young and captivating, inviting character. On the palate it is soft, broad, generous. The finish invites you to take another sip.

Champagne Colin - Family House since 1829 - More than 7 Generations
Champagne Colin is a family-run business that has been producing excellent champagnes for over seven generations. Originally, the Champagne Colin vineyard spoke to women, but today it is headed by Richard and Romain Colin. The passion for the vine and wine was born with Geneviève Prieur and Marie Louise Radet, their grandmothers, who had both inherited vines from their parents. But we must go back to 1829 to find the first winemaker of the family: Constant Piéton (great-grandfather of Geneviève Prieur, maternal grandmother of Richard and Romain). The company is located in the Côte des Blancs, in the village of Vertus and produces Champagne Blanc de Blancs Premier and Grand Cru.
