The Search does not express only an action, but tells a style of life, an interior attitude. That sense of wonder for nature, which leads us to respect it. I like to call it culture: because only with this look at the world can we leave it a better place for ourselves and for our children. In an unspoilt land, we keep on preserving the ancient art of “la cerca” just like in the past. Each adventure begins with a research in the “tartufaia” with our dogs, to discover the most precious treasure of the land: The Truffle.
