BRC and IFS

Pastificio Dalla Costa provides itself with BRC and IFS certification which are guarantee of safety and confirm that the production of pasta is in compliance with International Quality standards well defined in both regulations. BRC and IFS are operating instruments used by retailers of GDO to qualify their vendors of private label, ensuring the quality and safety of food sold, in order to protect the consumers. Pastificio Dalla Costa has voluntarily chosen to adopt an operational tool that certifies the pasta produced and a management system that guarantees the quality of the pasta and the health and hygiene safety.

Certification of the Organic Production of Dalla Costa Pasta

Pastificio Dalla Costa has adopted the system of ICEA Certification of Organic Production Method according to Reg. 834/07 implemented nationwide by Ministerial Decree 18354 of 27/11/2009. Organic pasta produced by Pastificio Dalla Costa is processed in compliance with the environment. In organic farming there is no use of chemicals (fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and pesticides in general), or genetically modified organisms (OGM).

BABY FOOD Pasta for Children from 10 Months Up

Dalla Costa is authorized by the Ministry of Health to produce organic pasta Baby Food, in accordance with Directive 2006/125 / EC on foods made with cereals and foods for infants and young children, already implemented by Presidential Decree 128/99.
