Tasting Notes

The sweetness of the berries dissipates and becomes lighter. A harmonious balance of fruity scents and freshness. A fresh aftertaste with a deliciously sweet-bitter note of pink grapefruit.

Gastronomic Combinations

Ripe raw fruit, tempura, fresh cheeses and exotic toppings.

How to Taste It

Cool the bottle to 7° C. Place it in a champagne bucket with ice and water. Pour 12 cl of Ice Impérial Rosé into a large wine glass with three "large" ice cubes.
