Independent British Eyewear
CUTLER AND GROSS is an established British eyewear brand. It was founded by Graham Cutler and Tony Gross in 1969. The brand from Knightsbridge, London has a unique touch as it combines timeless luxury with the best Italian craftsmanship. CUTLER AND GROSS has fans all over the world who especially adore the sophistication of the brand with its numbered designs, while the logo is not present on the frame.
The 1007 has been a part of the Cutler and Gross family in various guises from the late 80s; a squared round, which is light and functional. The frame is a nod to the tailoring of the decade, simplistic in design with any excess material removed to create a beautifully crafted and functional sunglass.
The 1399 is for the eternal minimalist, those not too concerned with trend-driven silhouettes or overly flamboyant design. This clean and considered optical focuses on form and function with pared-back design features and glossy semi-opaque fine acetates to get its point across.
A Cutler and Gross classic, the 0847 was adopted by the Kingsman franchise as the ‘Galahad’. This frame has taken pride of place centrally in the Kingsman series of motion pictures. Featuring a slightly more tailored fit than a traditional aviator and a sloping brow line for an unmistakable silhouette.
Lightness and functionality are the core tenets of the AUSN 0001. Ultra-fine design elements such as slimline lugs and the Swiss alloy construction - available plated in either 18K White Gold Rhodium, 18K Gold, 18K Rose Gold, or a combination of precious metals Rose Gold 18K + Rhodium 18K.

The devil is always in the detail, as is evident in the GR03. This optical frame is packed with considered design details and technical elements which elevate both its form and function.
The 1390 is ‘80’s-inspired through and through. This rounded acetate frame nods to both our archived 0197 - originally made in 1987 - and a certain Material Girl’s visit to our Knightsbridge store in 1989.

A chunky rounded square acetate with bevelled edges, due to increased tumbling and polishing during production. The frame has a unisex fit, combined with larger temples which give the frame a vintage feel.

Our first wrap frame in 22 years, the 9276 references the famous 0276 as worn by Bono of U2 during the Achtung Baby Tour in 1991. An homage to daring eyewear and breaking convention, this frame took us back to the drawing board in terms of working with an 8-base frame after such a long time.
Cat-eye sunglasses turn androgynous with the 0824; the curved browline is sharpened with angular temples and a keyhole bridge. It's refined with polished rives and marked with the exclusive Kingsman logo on the inner temple tips.

The 'Rexangle' is a new sunglass shape for Cutler and Gross; a combined hexagon and rectangle. An unfamiliar shape offering the best of both worlds. The double milling which features prominently in the 1384 is repeated for the 1385.
