TecknoMonster is an Italian company with IAN Certification "Italian Aerospace Industry" head quartered in Casorate Sempione, in the district Varese district, a few steps from the Italian aerospace industry and at the heart of the moor, among high-level stables.

In TecknoMonster, time-space seems to be different: past and future form the present, among engineers who create the future with the help of ancient traditions and highly skilled artisans who manually and step by step construct every single product.

TecknoMonster products are made of Carbon Fibre, the same is used in aerospace sectors for aircraft construction. Carbon Fibre is the latest multi-axial generation fabric that boasts the best stiffness and strength properties compared to low density, minimal thickness and lightness that separates this fibre from the rest.

In the aeronautics field, it is believed that in 2050, 75% of steel will be replaced by carbon fibre. Indeed, the TecknoMonster artefacts are created with the futuristic fibre and technology.

Carbon Fibre

Carbon Fibre provides TecknoMonster products with maximum strength and lightness with the least thickness and weight. It is the material of the future, used today only for high performance and highly specialised productions.

It is a niche material that sees its greater use for car chassis, aeronautics, anti-earthquake solution for buildings, as well as space industry.

Carbon Fibre has one of the highest mechanical strengths, high resistance to heat and chemical agents and has good flame retardant properties. The Carbon Glacies TecknoMonster Fibre is said to be balanced because its specific weave adds to its strength.

Nix - Flexible Carbon Fibre

Tecknomonster works with Nix carbon fibre to create the perfect blend of state-of-the-art technology and authentic craftsmanship. Engineering and manual skills merge into creating unique examples of unparalleled artefacts.

Nix carbon fibre has the flexibility and strength, future and tradition at the same time. In the Obliquus design, there is a sophisticated geometric fantasy with oblique parallel lines.

HiTecK sockets in Carbon Fibre Glacies

Each single HiTecK socket of the Nix Collection is forged in autoclave, made by our Aerospace Carbon Fibre Glacies department.

The Carbon Fibre properties, which are summed up in a perfect combination of durability and lightness, make every product collection unmatched, unique in the world thanks to the combination of two types of Carbon Fibre for even better results.

TkSS - Ballistic Protection

For the perfection of ultra lightweight and extremely high performance Carbon Fibre, the top part of ballistic protectors is combined: TKSS TecknoMonster Security System. Lightweight, and high performance, TkSS is made of SoftSteel, a non-allergenic, water-repellent synthetic fabric made up of the finest aramid fibres which are 20% more resistant to Kevlar.

Naturally yellow, the aramid fibre vibrates in gold shades following autoclave processing and purification. This colouration and distinctive sign of the fibre itself and its intrinsic anti-puncture, anti-tear and anti-cut properties: enhanced performance by Kevlar's quilted stitching. TkSS is the lightest ballistic solution; and is applicable to any model of the Nix Collection. Accepted by the international security controls, TkSS clashes with short-range bullets like 9 mm, 357 magnum and 44 magnum.

At protection level II and III a, according to the NIJ ballistic resistance standard, it also has an incredible resistance to explosive device fragments, ensuring a seal up to 620 m/s according to V50 index, the average of which is usually between 550 and 600m/s. TkSS protection can be applied to all models of TecknoMonster collections without affecting the product design and remains invisible from the outside.

Carbon Fibre Glacies is a state-of-the-art material with high mechanical properties, which requires millimetre precision in the machining phases: from design to final assembly.

Carbon Fibre Glacies is a state-of-the-art material with high mechanical properties, which requires millimetre precision in the machining phases: from design to final assembly.

Carbon Fibre Glacies comes in two different designs: Radika, inspired by the natural veins of the root and Obliquus, a sophisticated geometric fantasy with oblique parallel lines. Radika and Obliquus are customisable with matt and gloss finishings. Each TecknoMonster component, made of carbon fibre Glacies, is moulded, forged and chiselled by hand.

High precision technology works that create unique and unrepeatable artefacts. On each TecknoMonster component, made of carbon fibre Glacies, an irremovable aluminium recognition plate is embedded with a hand-engraved unique identification code.

Titanium Collection - The First Titanium Luggage in the World

CP Titanium (Commercially Pure) - Made in Italy

The Desertika trolley collection Powered by TecknoMonster, are made of CP Titanium, Commercially Pure, or 99% Pure Titanium.

Titanium is a metal element well known for its corrosion resistance (almost as platinum) and its high strength/weight ratio. It's light, sturdy, with a low density. It is as resistant as steel but 40% lighter, and has dual resistance to aluminium.

These properties make the titanium very resistant to the usual forms of metal fatigue. Thanks to its strength (even corrosion), lightness, and ability to withstand extreme temperatures, Titanium, is mainly used in the aeronautical and aerospace industry. Titanium is not found in nature. It was identified in pure condition only in the meteorites and was traced to the Sun and M-type stars. The rocks taken by the Moon during the Apollo 17 mission were composed of 12.1% of TiO2. To ensure the highest reliability of Titanium trolley, Desertika guarantees the control of Titanium characteristics at all stages of production.

Apocope of Design to the delight of form and tendency to the purity of essentials: aesthetic design first and foremost, in which deprivation takes place for the sake of beauty, be it brilliant or purist.

Starting from the main term of Italian text indicating truncation, the division of the word for linguistic style improvement, Apocope del Design intends to represent a new form of creation in which any intervention on form, every truncation, every reduction, every stylistic synthesis is made alongside an ethereal, formal elegance.

The finished work and the apocope itself, the final change result that becomes a new form, according to the principle of assimilation, breakage, reduction in function of spaces and stylistic decisions.
